Physical Education

At Peachtown, physical education emphasizes life sports, cooperative play and team building.  Students of all ages have a full hour for lunch and play.  Students enjoy the outdoors in all but the most inclement weather.  Peachtown has use of the Wells College gym and pool; all students receive weekly swimming lessons and gym classes; Lower Level students walk the mile to and from the public library each week. Winter months find students sledding on the college slopes, and warm spring days entice teachers and students for walks along the lake. The multi-age nature of the classes fosters team spirit, cooperation and patience.
